You can walk directly from the condo down to Torrey Pines Beach or head north to the village of Del Mar & its many shops & restaurants. You also have easy access to the freeway which takes you into San Diego, or north on Hwy 101 you'll find yourself at Powerhouse Park & beaches in the center of Del Mar, the famous Del Mar dog beach, Fletcher Cove, Solana Beach & the villages beyond. Small (under 20 pounds), non-shedding dogs (not puppies) may be considered to join you in this special dog-friendly community for an additional deposit.
